Guest Requirements

  1. We will only accept guests with  valid international passport or interstate driver's license
  2. Guest bookings are open to individuals aged 18 to 50 years old.
  3. In addition to our age limitations, we implement further measures to deter fraudulent bookings. Travelers are required to furnish a valid email address and, depending on their payment method, provide credit card details. Moreover, guests with a history of bookings on our platform must demonstrate a positive track record, devoid of any reports or bans from properties.


Check-in:


  1. Standard Check-in Time: Our standard check-in time is at 2:00 PM. Please note that early check-in may be available depending on room availability, but it cannot be guaranteed.
  2. Late Arrival: If you anticipate arriving after 8:30 PM, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance, pre check-in can be arranged prior your arrival .
  3. Valid Identification: All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's license, or national ID card) upon check-in.
  4. Check-in Procedure: Upon arrival, guests will be required to complete our check-in form and settle any outstanding payments.
  5. Extension: Customers wishing to extend their reservation or make additional bookings for future dates must be made on or before 10 am on the day of their check-out, extension are subject to room availability.

Check-out:


  1. Standard Check-out Time: Our standard check-out time is at 10:00 AM. Late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability, but additional charges may apply.
  2. Luggage Storage: If you need to store your luggage after check-out, we offer complimentary luggage storage facilities until 6:00 PM on the day of departure. Extended storage may be available for a small fee.
  3. Inspection: A member of our staff will inspect the room upon check-out for any damages or missing items. Any damages or missing items will be charged to the guest's credit card on file.
  4. Late Departures: Guests who check out after the designated check-out time without prior approval may be subject to additional charges equivalent to one night's stay.

Cancellation Policy:

The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel at any time.
